Picture it: four women with different body types walk into a store and all leave with jeans that make them feel great. Gabrielle and team made the often defeating act of jeans shopping feel like a triumph! They were so helpful in explaining the various fits, washes, and styles and never made us feel pressured or like we were bothering them with questions. 20/10

I hate buying jeans. It never feels good. I walked into Madewell Harbor East and the experience was great from the second I walked in. Gabrielle H brought me numerous different cuts in various sizes and was my own hype girl. She helped come up with styling ideas and explained why finding a good fitting jean is so difficult. I left and purchased 2 pair, Gabrielle assisted me throughout the checkout process and informed me that if I brought in old jeans to donate I could received 20% off a new pair. She put my order on hold for me while I went home to get some donations. Great experience! I'll recommend madewell to all of my friends bc of her.

Wow, I had the best retail experience ever yesterday at this location. Everyone at the store are the sweetest, most helpful people ever! They moved heaven and earth for me to just get a new pair a jeans I was happy and comfortable with! They also helped me with all the discounts Madewell offers that made my purchase a near steal! It was first time buying anything from Madewell, and I’m definitely coming back!

Wow alright 10/5 if I could. I’m biggggggg on shopping (I wish it wasn’t my kryptonite). I ended walking in just a few minutes after they opened. Honestly expected to just fix my shirt and head right back out. However I got to meet Gabrielle. We got to talking and she was so informative but not in a you have to buy these type. More so just a loves what she does type of way. She ended helping me find the best 2 pairs of pants and dress. Mind you I only intended on just fixing my shirt. She was so sweet when you run into so many places who have regular customer service to non existent. Walking into a place and feeling like a priority along side someone so knowledgeable and sweet! What more could I ask for. I haven’t really shopped at madewell much but you better believe after this experience I’ll be returning to this location anytime I need direct amazing advice! THANK YOU SO MUCH GABRIELLE :)

Stopped in on a whim today and left with new jeans and a full heart. The staff was warm, patient, and so kind to me on a day I really needed it. Huge shoutout to Olive for first reeling me in with their amazing recommendations, and to Grace, Sydney, and Gabe for all of their sweetness!

I had a terrific experience at this store! I’ve never shopped at Madewell, but a friend recommended I try out their jeans, so I decided to check out the store closest to me. I absolutely hate buying jeans, but as soon as I walked in, the staff were very friendly. Grace made it a great experience! I am between a 12/14 regularly, and was a little intimidated coming into the store to find the right fit. However, Grace was very friendly, kind, and patient until we found the perfect jeans for me. The store was also very clean and organized. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I randomly walked in to Madewell for the first time hoping to just look at Jewelry. I ended up walking out with two pairs of jeans, some jeans earrings, and a ring. I don’t like buying pants in-person because I had a baby a few months ago and I’m still learning my new body. Gabrielle helped me and was the most amazing person. She not only helped me but it was so uplifting to see how she was helping everyone in the store to feel good in what they were trying on. She was so knowledgeable about the products and gave everyone amazing recommendations. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer and thank you to Gabrielle for making me feel so good
